All of our venues maintain an open vendor policy, allowing you the flexibility to choose your preferred vendors. We are happy to share our curated list of trusted partners. All caterers and bartenders must be properly licensed and insured.
Our venues are offered at a flat rental rate. We do not charge additional fees based on headcount, food and beverage minimums, or corkage.

Yes. The Farrell, Christopher Glenn, and The Studio are perfect for hosting both your wedding and reception.
Many couples choose to use multiple venues for their event. For example, hosting the ceremony at The Studio and then going to The Farrell for the reception since they are steps away from each other. -
The capacity depends upon your desired set up.
The Farrell: 300 guests
Christopher Glenn: 60 guests
The Studio: 150 guests

Christopher Glenn and The Studio have tables and chairs available to use at no extra charge.
At this time, The Farrell does not provide tables and chairs. However, our curated vendor list includes trusted partners who are familiar with our space and can supply rental items.

Our venues have limited on-site parking. Additional parking is available at the SoHo public parking deck just steps away from the venue.
